Her temps and humidity and diet and everything are all on, no health or behavioral problems, nothing of that nature. Her enclosre has repti-bark/top soil mix. When I first got her she burrow a couple of hours a day, but just started to go under less and less. A section of her enclosure is tile with a hide/basking spot. She also has two hides on the substrate. However, she sleeps in her hide on the tile floor, and just doesn't seem at all interested in burrowing.
She will play in the substrate during the day and dig around some, but she doesn't ever bury herself. I know it isn't normal, but should I worry? I figure if she were in the wild she would have to option to sleep in a rocky crevice, is it just a weird preference?

What are your temps, humidity, and diet? How are you measuring them?

The new tegu is the only one of mine that burrows or covers himself. As long as your humidity and temps are truly accurate, I wouldn't worry too much. I thought it was weird at first because I would have thought they'd burrow in the wild but they obviously feel safe enough to not do it.
