Whole prey is a awesome diet with fruits and veggies added in, if you go this route no calcium powder needed just UVB and proper heat

Welcome to the forum. Whole prey is a variety of foods: shrimp, crayfish, small fish, rodents, chicks, etc. I recommend calcium for any foods that do not contain calcium. I have calcium supplements with and without Vit D. I vary it depending on how much UVB they are getting. Right now they are able to get outside a lot, so I don't use the D supplement very often.
