Good morning sleepy head!

Well my baby argentine tegu woke up today basking in the dark. SO I wasn't sure if he even remebered me after sleeping for what 5 months? But after some re introduction procedures he is back to being a little sucker. Infact he is still very sleepy and fell asleep in my hand twice. I love these guys so much! Anywy here are a couple of pics. He is still dirty for obvious reasons.

I also wanted to mention how consistently amazed at how good these guys are at digging. He actually built a two layer burrow under his half log. He still won't eat for me though but I am confident his appetite will return very soon .

congrats that is one nice tegu. his appetite will return very soon my red came up friday and started eating 2 days later.

Great pics. That's normal about the eating thing. It can take a week or so before they start eating regularly.

It's like nothings changed. He's still pacing around the tank digging climbing etc...
