Good places to buy baby Tegus, and when is hatching season?

So Im looking to get a baby tegu. After shopping around and looking at some sites, most places dont have any. But I contacted lllReptile and apparently they have some babies.

So my question is, what is the reputation of this store? And how come they have babies so early? I thought baby tegus hatch in July. And if this is not a good store, then what are the best places to get baby tegus?
