Hare today gone tommorow question on ground bones

Getting some stuff from there im getting ground rabbit chicken duck and salmon with bones and organs and some week old quail. never ordered from them just wondering if the bones are really ground down in the duck chicken and rabbit or is it something to worry about my guy is over 3 feet 1 year old and pretty big for his age just wondering if i need to pay more for the course ground stuff.

I haven't ordered anything from them but my tegu handles rat/chick bones just fine. He's about 2 and just over 3.5'

From the size grind they use (judging by pictures) it should be find. Its gonna be similar to lumpy ground meat.

Been feeding it since my tegu was less than a month old - he's never had any issue with it. If you order be sure to get the rabbit - tegus love it.

I think biggin was the result of a komodo dragon geting into Bobby's tegu enclosure for one magical night. Either that or we are all severely underfeeding our gu's .

I may have to give that a try with the next order. I got the day old but Loki will only decapitate them and eat the heads for some reason.

I stopped feeding a calcium supplement a while ago. I now use ground egg shells....100% calcium carbonate or sectioned chicken wings. My guys love them.

I also don't supplement with all the whole ground animal I feed. Biggin gets plenty from his food. I also mix in the whole ground free roaming chicken eggs with the meat before I break out portions and put in freezer.
