Should I be worried about my tegus head changing colors? Does this mean anything? I don't know how well you can see the difference. It's gotten more yellow-green ish from the other picture.

To me at least looks like pre-shed. Lot is changing going on in a lizard that could hit just shy of a yard in one year.

Well thats definitely true Walter. Just a month ago she was 12" and now she sits at 22" lol. I was a little paranoid because I saw a post on here of a tegu thats head had gotten burned and was worried this might've been something bad like that. Honestly, I didn't see where that tegu had been burned in the picture and that is what got me paranoid.

Post in reference: http://www.tegutalk.com/threads/help-tegu-burned-himself.17348/

Thanks Walter for the help as always!
