Heat or Basking randomly placed...

Hey guys, so when Logan is out and exploring, (only my desk these days since I almost lost him) he always ends up sleeping on my external hard drive... I am just wondering if any of you just randomly place either basking lights, or heat pads (I don't use them in the enclosure) around your house so your gus have a place to rest up while out?

yea it took him awhile to get the hang of it but once he learned hes always runnin around then going bak to sit and bask lol
