I am planning to pick up an Argentinian B&W Tegu very soon. There seems to be a wealth of information on this site and it is great to see that there is such a community around these beautiful beasts.
I live in Boulder Colorado, and my 2 young boys are very into reptiles (of course you know who does all the work!). We are currently breeding fire bellied skinks, have one batch of babies and more on the way in the incubator. Over the years I have had numerous reptiles, predominantly snakes and lizards. I did have a very large green iguana many years back who came to an unfortunate end when I went on a longer trip to Europe (lesson learned about expecting others to reasonably care for ones lizards that do not truly have the knowledge or experience).
Anyway, look forward to sharing information and learning from the community.
