Hello all! I just got this yearling tegu! I have not felt the male 'BB's' next to the tegu's vent so I am calling her Bindi. I'm hoping you all can verify she is an argintine. I am having a hard time seeing the difference between the Argintine and Columbian. I am really excited about my tegu! I have already learned so much from this group. I am experienced with reptiles but she is my first tegu! I had a mangrove monitor, I have a bearded dragon and a jungle carpet python. Looking forward to learning more!

Welcome to the forum. Yes, your tegu is an Argentine. If you have any questions, you've come to the right place!

Thank you! I finally figured out which scales on the face to look at to make sure she is an Argintine.
