well it doesnt help that english is backwards from just about everyother languadge.gender and hibernation are both in the forums you can find it pretty easily.hibernation usually happens during winter,they dig down deep and sleep for months.im not sure about gender ud have to ask some of the vet owners.

As your Tegu sleeps more, feed less and reduce heat/light. When he stops waking up every day stop feeding him.

2. distinguish between tegu how does it work? Gender

Adult males have fat jowles (neck), females do not. Males have two small 'balls' which can be felt on either side of his vent (anus).
