HELP!! Respiratory issues in yearling tegu

My tegu is just over a year old, and we recently noticed him mouth breathing. We got him to the vet, and his x rays showed nothing really abnormal. He was treated for pneumonia, but is still mouth breathing and has become very lethargic. We have no idea what's wrong. He is in proper humidity and temp range, with cypress mulch substrate. Please help!! I'm very worried about my baby.

Just to be certain, is the hot spot 115-120f? Is your vet an exotics vet?
