not really all that hard, just follow care sheets, big cages with a lot of floor space. id say 100 to 110 degress on the basking site however and as much natural sunlight as possible. babies and juveniles id keep on newspaper or rabbit pellets. always a good hiding box. dark leafy greens 85% of diet some small amounts fruit and mixed veggies. no meat... they need excellent lighting, mercury vapor bulbs or metal halide plus full spectrum like reptisun 10.0 bulbs. to me hands down the smartest and most rewarding lizard u can own. ( and ive owned near everything) but just my opinion.
Ya I just got a yearling a couple of months ago and they are great. Really intellegent lizards! If you are in cali you could got to herpnut.com, the guys name is Dave Blair, I got mine from Rob Ehrig but florida is quite far away from you. Dave has some info and has bred them alot. Just talk to argus and MMRR-jif, they know alot.
