Hello there, my name is Daniel I am 16 and a sophomore in high school. I just recently got my first argentine red tegu last Sunday. I am not new to tegus, I have been working with them for quite some time now and I actually had a full grown adult Columbian tegu who sadly passed last year. Her name was Aquarius. She was a very spirited tegu but I loved her and she will always be in my heart. Enough of the past lol but my new tegu name is Aries and she is wonderful and actually started shedding yesterday. She is a little scared when I go pick her up in her enclosure but slowly overcoming that. I am also getting a Chacoan yearling we got in at the reptile shop I've been volunteering at and he is the coolest dude I've met. Hopefully will be getting a baby blue tegu around summertime.
