Hello everyone, I thought that I should post an introduction. My name is Aidan and I live in Massachusetts. I've had several reptiles and amphibians before when I was younger. I figured it's time to get something I can bond with and something that actually likes being around me, and not just something that "tolerates" being handled like the leopard geckos I used to have. I was going to get a Savannah monitor, but then I found out that they were illegal in Massachusetts. So I've been doing a TON of research and I decided that I'm going to get a tegu, a Paraguayan Red Tegu to be exact. Tegus seem to be WAY more friendly and personable than monitors in general. I'm getting my tegu in mid July, and thought I'd join this form for some advice, I already can't for July
