hi everyone new tegu owner

Hi I'm a new Tegu owner I have a 8 week old b/w aregentine Tegu his.name is Zeus he is a lil stubborn Guy but he is adjusting very well I am just try to firgure out the best diet and everything and y does he hate getting in water also I been using gloves because he always goes after my bare hands. I have bred bearded dragons and still have one I just want to know the best for my Tegu and how to really tame him

For the glove, while He isn't big yet a bite won't hurt to terribly much try with out. He may get used to the glove. But still hate your hands. Diet can vary around a couple things; Turkey mash, live prey, maybe veggies n fruits (seems to be a debate about non meat items ) your tegu may have a preference. Mine do lil guys Love roaches over all. My adult loves Turkey?.

Ok so.ditch the glove yea I try to switch it up with eating everyday
