houdini troubles!

ok bad news about houdini the very tip of his tail came off today by what my gess is stuck shed from last time that i figured he would get off..about a inch of the end of his tail is still brownish but after the tip came off i was able to get some of the stuck shedd off atiny bit more of his tail it seems to be still alive under the shed but the sheds stuck bad and i cant seem to pull any more off what do i do to help his tail??also one of his rear toas has a cut on it and its a little bit puffy and red but dosent seem imfected and seem to be just in that one spot anything i can clean it with?

A nice soak in room temp water will help rid stuck shed and betadine and or neosporin will be good for the toe. But since you said it was red and puffy . It sounds like it may already be infected
