How can I increase humidity in my tegus tank I got zoomed douglas for bark and zoomed sphagnum moss. I spray until The substrate is completely wet yet it only is at 40%. I have a 150 watt night heat bulb a 100 watt basking bulb and a 5.0 compact fluorescent bulb.

And it's a 20 gallon tank with a screen top

You aren't going to get it any higher with a screen top and 100w bulb.

What are your temps and how are you measuring them? I would highly recommend getting rid of the 5.0 coil UVB and using either a tube or MVB.

My temps are a constant 95 degrees on the hot side and on the cold side 78 degrees I use a thermometer in the cage. what watt size bulb should I use? And what should I do to keep humidity in?

When I used to have a screen top before I started building my own tanks, I used siran wrap on the top of the screen everywhere but where the light goes obviously, foil also works its up to you...water bowl could be placed near the heat light as well to cause evaporation

There are many ways to boost humidity. Two of the more common are decreasing ventilation and/or getting a fogger.
