I feel cheated what would you do

My hatchling tegu arrived with a few kinks in the tail.I contacted the seller and told him I was not happy with the condition I recieved her in he told me when he dropped her of at the courier she had no kinks and was in immaculate condition. Not sure where to go from here

I read that kinks in a tail could be caused by calcium deficiency and can straighten out over time don't quote me but look it up

Highly unlikely she was only 2 weeks old when she arrived here with the kinks

Should have reported it through your method of payment. I.e. your credit card.

I would have demanded a full refund - including shipping. Or, a steep discount.

How pathetic for a seller to do something like that. "it wasn't that way when I sent it" is the LAMEST excuse of all time.

In my opinion you were roomed. Horseshit that it was sent with a straight tail. These are tegu puppy mills pure and simple. Buy from a respectable source and let these asswipes flounder!
