shes very curious about my tegu she stares at him alot and sometimes growls... i dont want to stress him do you think this would bother him?

I think it will bother your tegu. My dog is great with all my animals except my tegu. He hates the tegu and is jealous. Check out this vid of a dog and a wild tegu.
