i just bought a new baby blue het albino tegu when should i start interacting with it

During feeding time use Tongs to control where the Lizard eats. Tongs will also get your lizard used to your hands and begin the trust building process.
What's your enclosure setup like? Temps? Humidity? Lighting? Substrate?
Also, you can't talk about an Albino Tegu without pics.

Leave it alone completely for the first week or two only go in the enclosure to feed, spot clean, and change water. After this time start putting your hand in the enclosure moving decor and substrate around, but not bothering the tegu. You can also try tong feeding at this time, but do not force the issue. Once he starts tolerating you being around and stays in the open start petting him and go from there. Patience is the key.
