In the books i have read, it says that hatchling bw tegus have green heads, an I can see that clearly. However, in pictures of yearlings it seems as if they have a redish tint on their heads getting brighter to their noses. Now is. That a true trait of the bw tegu or are my eyes playing tricks on me, or are they just simply pictures of red tegus? Thank you.
