I went to change the water today and I saw some worm looking things in the water, its poop seemed to be more mush/liquid than usual as well. I haven't fed it meal worms in at least a week, and they don't really look like meal worms... Gross. Poor thing :(

What kind of treatment would it need? Should I go ahead and take it in now or wait for the next BM to see if its in that as well? None of my lizards have had worms before, but the herp vet is right up the street from me. If anyone wants I can take a picture but its pretty gross.

woops another important thing to add, hes eating normally. every other day, the full amount offered. but it has been a little more.. sleepy i guess? spending a bit more time in its hide. i didn't think much of that at first because its been a lot colder than usual his week but its temps are still where they should be. these little worm things are maybe half an inch if that.

It sounds like pin or Whip worms ... Whip worms need panicure to knock them out ... Best to go to the vet ... Other wise Safe Guard horse wormer is panicure it takes more than is directed for Horses but the dose isn`t realy important .. put some in him three days in a row... The vet has options for other kinds of wormer that may work better ..
