Another way to tell is the skin. Argentinians have beaded skin like a gila monster. Columbians are smooth. Usually the loreal scales on the face between the eyes and mouth are 2 on an argentine, and 1 on a columbian. yours looks like there are 3. Also the snout is more pointed like that of a columbian. His skin looks beaded, but the rest looks columbian.
