Is this enough UV lighting?

So I have 2 windows that are next to the side of my tank, and light only shines in threw them in the morning but the tank still gets light from the out side, is this enough UVB or no?

nope the uv rays cant go through glass

And a tank in the sun can get very hot.

Ya, the tank is slightly on the hot side. But I think he likes it. The tank is a 224 gallon. And hes only like 14" head to tail.

He needs an area to get away from the heat (75-85 degrees) if he wants. Too much heat can kill him.

well the tank stays at that range, except for the basking side.
