Is this mark normal?

My baby tegu Django has what looks like a healed over crack on the tip of his nose. The reason I say healed over is because it feels exactly the same as the rest of his nose, except there is a crack that is closed, but a small indent where the crack is.

Looks like a healed nose rube. Sometimes babies will jump at screen tops and cause this or rub on glass or screen fronts
