Little sniffles, is this something to worry about?

Lately, I've been hearing my 'gu having little sniffles, they're not like, long chains of wet sneezes, just little tiny single sniffles/sneezes, sometimes I hear it when she's burrowed during the night & asleep. Her enclosure isn't too wet, I mist every so often, and just rolled the mulch with some water to keep it more moist in there. She's in a 5 foot tank. Could it be that the tank is too dry, or too wet? Should I be worried?

If she looks good and is eating well, it's probably just little huffs and blowing dust out of her nostrils. Respiratory infections generally come from cold temps, dirty enclosures, contagious roommates, poor condition.

When they breath in dry dust they will sneeze... so be sure the mulch is kept moist and stirred...

Keeping him warm and hydrated will help keep him healthy enough to overcome a minor infection. If it persists or becomes excessive consider taking him to the vet, though it does not sound nearly this extreme in your case.

Yea, I stir the mulch & moisten the whole enclosure probably once every 2-3 days, to make sure humidity levels are high enough. Haven't really heard much sniffling in the last few days, so probably just was too dry. Thanks for confirmation Toby.
