Give it a month and Johnny at tegu terra will have some, tyherp might have some available now. Underground reptiles also has some now I believe. I personally recommend Johnny, customer service isn't comparable to anything else I have ever experienced.

What kind are you looking to get?? Ty only has black and whites, if you're wanting a red, blue or Chacoan, Tegu Terra would be the best source.

I haven't heard good reports from Backwater Reptiles, so I wouldn't recommend them at all. The weather was crazy this year, so there seems to be a shortage of tegu babies compared to last year. Here's what I have heard is available from breeders as of Aug 1st:
Ty: b/w, reds coming soon
Johnny: I know he has a lot of eggs, but not sure what is out
Underground: blues
Snakes at Sunset: reds
I know of two friends that have clutches of blues, but I'll let them speak for themselves when they are ready
