Im taking a guess from the tile that its around 3 -3 1/2 feet long. By taking a look at the head i would take a guess of a female. With more info i could do a better job. Someone else might be able to shed more light on this convo.

I agree by the head I would say female ...
You need to check for two bumps by the vent ..
One on each side ..
With bumps male without female ..
