Maybe just paranoia?

Maybe im just paranoid.....
I have had my b&w tegu, Xerxis, since mid august. Happy and healthy. I am loving being a lizard mom.
1. Concern I have is her nose. I have seen and heard about nose rubs and how detrimental they can be. Wanted some insight if this little spot could become exactly that.
2. I dont think I have ever noticed her bum being a little puffy and pinkish red. (Also if its a boy and ive been calling it a girl im sorry lol)
- I would just like to either confirm or deny my paranoia seeing as I am new with tegus but they stealyour heart so quick. Please and thank you in advance!

My guys nose looked like that for a bit. All it took was to increase the humidity a bit and he went back to looking normal
