My Blue Tongue Died :(

I got my irian jaya blue tongue a few months ago from captiveherps in ontario, they told me he was imported. Im guessing this means wildcaught.. He was probably over one year old and approx. 20 inches. He seemed healthy, eating great everyday, growing quickly, but very unpleasant towards me, hissing and even once tried to bite.
I cleaned out the tank about 2 weeks ago and since then he stopped eating. I tried force feeding him. Anyway, I found him dead today. I have no clue what happened, he seemed so healthy. Any ideas anyone? I found him upside down, I dont know if thats an indication of anything?

I'd have to agree with bubbategu2. He may have had some parasites. Seeing as he was wildcaught. I'm sorry to hear about your loss.
