My first tegu encounter

Hello, I recently met my first 5 + year old tegu and I have to say I love him so much, I want to know everything there is to know about the most commonly kept as pets. I want to know how old some have been when they passed from old age? How to tell them all apart? What diet do yours thrive on? All that good stuff. I suppose I will start by reading through everything! Thanks for letting be here!
