My new tegu won’t come out (New Owner)

I got my tegu about two days ago, and he’s been burrow underground ever since! I’ve done my research but I can’t figure out if he’s brumating (because it’s still in that period) or he’s just stressed and doesn’t want to come out? I’ve leave food like berries in there, but he hasn’t eaten any yet. I also clean out the food and water once a day. So, I would like to get some opinions from you guys please.
Also, I would like to see if anyone had tried reptilink. A lot of you tubers, and the shop I got him from recommended it.
