This is my new tegu I've had her about two weeks and she's extremely friendly and active loves to walk all over checking stuff out and sometimes sleep on my chest. Is she normal size for a month an a half ? I see some pictures where people show quite large tegus saying they are two-three months old.

Is that an argentine B&W? She's adorable. I'm getting mine in November. It's hard to check size through photos you have to put her in front of a ruler or something, but I'm sure she's fine. If she's as active as you say, she's probably healthy, maybe a slow grower. She may also not have had the best diet from wherever you got her, but if you have the proper husbandry Im sure she'll be 4 feet long in no time :)

Yeah she's an Argentine b and w. I'm shocked by how friendly she is I've never seen a young lizard so not nervous and I've never enjoyed one this much
