hey guys just showing you guys my tegu his really dosnt trust me but it's ok I know he will sooner or later he's a black and white and I'm actually making this to see if I'm careing for him right I feed him many fruits mix with his food fruits like blackberrys,strawberrys,mangos,grapes,papaya and sometimes apples and bananas I also give him catfood once a week ground turkey 2/7 talapia felets and every Sunday I switch it up and give him salmon and mice of course I dust most of the food with calcium and I let him roam my room but I put him to sleep in his tank 55g with a big hide heat mat under and a bowl of water also there's a light that automatically turns on every day at 130 is this ok care for my 4 month old tegu hes about 2"3/4

Generally I dont think freeroaming should replace a proper cage. From the picture that cage looks a little bit narrow. I'd also take the catfood out of his diet, even if its high quality. may I ask, is he colombian or argentine? im thinking colombian because of the headshape.

I agree with Beardeddragon. Tegus are very curious and very strong = high potential for dangerous results loose in a room.
