Natural Sunlight?!

So, I was told to take my tegu out in the sunlight. So, I was wondering, whats the best temperature to take him outside in. He's just a little fart and I live in WV, so its still cold here, but its starting to warm up. So, any opinions on whats the best temperature and whats the worst would be great. Thanks.

the lowest temp i would take my tegu outside in would have to be no lower than 60* but ideally around 75-80*

np! its been in the 80*'s here so my gu's are out for at least an hour a day!
