Natural UVB Substitute

Instead of buying a mvb or uvb tube for my cage can i just take my tegu outside daily for maybe a hour or two more to get the uvb light it needs?

maybe more than an hour but i don't see a problem as long as you keep up with it every day.

taking him out daily or housing them outside would mean there is no need for UV bulbs. Just remember things like screens and glass can filter out UV
