Ooook

1. Colombians tame down just as good as argentines the only thing is they are more active and flighty at first, but are not mean..

2. For either one you'll need a 8x4x4 minimum eventually and cluster lighting setup. Basking temps NO LOWER than 120 surface temps. You'll need lights not Che since they follow the light not heat.
Babies need a minimum of a 4x3x3 on all cages you need at least 10 inches of substrate. Best being sand/soil mix. Also plan to feed A LOT these guys eat TONS so get a ready supply of feeders because ground meat diets are crap.

Care is similar just less fruit. Colombians max at around 3.5 foot. And Colombians are more active, but neither species is going to sit and let you handle them go long periods of time. They are both active lizards and will be on the go exploring.

For lights I like PAR 38 halogen bulbs 60-80 watt and use a cluster setup. Substrate I like sand soil mix

I too like the sand/soil mix. Go with play sand and organic top soil. Makes for a nice well-drained bedding. Easy to find those two things are Home Depot and/or Lowes or any other garden shop.
