Been busy with work and I started a new endeavor. I recently got back into snakes. Took some convincing the wife but in the end I won. Here are some photos, hope you all enjoy.

Not sure on the breeder I got him From lll reptile, that's where I got all my reptiles. And the cage is in my spare bedroom, he has the whole room to himself when I'm home I open up the door and he is allowed to free roam.

How's the temperament on the blood? I really want one, but I keep hearing they're usually not the nicest of snakes.

The blood is very relaxed. I haven't had any issues with him. The ball will hiss at times and the blood has never even hissed or attempted to strike. From my reasearch before I got the blood, if you get a wc blood that's where the mean reputation comes from. I made sure I got cb because they can eventually become Bp docile. He is great though strong feeding response and overall docile.

I never had issues with my ball pythons...my daughter's corn snake likes to strike and "rattle " her tail at us when in her tank. Haha. But she's fine once out. My next ventures will be a hognose (so cute) and I reaaaaalllllyyyy want a jungle carpet python. I have seen/heard the snappy baby stories about them, but that as they mature they get more managable :) really nice looking family you have there! Someday maybe I'll try to get good pics of our zoo over here...haha :)

Mine just hisses once in a while. That why I used the ball to compare the blood to. My ball is very docile, never tried to strike or anything like that. I heard the same things about bloods being aggressive but overall he is more docile than the ball. carpets are really awesome looking animals. I will say though my atb even though he's the smallest he is the most intimidating. They have a nasty reputation, but I haven't seen any of it with him, or at least he hasn't decided to bite me yet. You'd be suprised if you got a carpet It could be very docile.

Yeah my friend breeds some beautiful carpets but some of his are nasty but others aren't but i think that goes for any type of animal they all have different dispositions and especially when it comes too food lol

I held one at a pet store and I forget but think was a jungle cross of some kind. But it didn't bite was just 'eyeing ' my fingers or any movement and very head shy. Now again he may/may not have had much handling...who knows. It is a furure plan. I don't want to be featured on 'animal hoarders '...haha. but at the march expo maybe I should leave my money at home... :p
