New B&W Sex and age??????

Mine is a red, so I know the growth rates can be a little different, but he's a 2011 and 28in. So I'd say its very possible.

Cool. I didnt know they grew that fast. I got him in november and they said he was only 6 months old but he was like 18 inches then. I hope hes a male though!

At 23" it's more than likely still a bit too small to start showing any signs but it varies for each tegu like most things. You can watch when it poos to try and see if it'll show it's hemipenes, if you can't feel bumps (like pimples) just below and one on each side of the cloaca.

A good cloaca pic will some times help if you don't know what to look for. Judging from the second pic,.. I'm thinking male.
