Long ago when the timber rattlers would hatch out my grandmother would always tell us that the babies were more venomous than the big ones .. We had a old stone bridge that was in bicycle range of my home . It would just buzz when you walked by .As kids we would see how big of sheds we could find . I lost the summer of seventh grade to that bridge .. Went back in the fall and lost most of my eighth grade school year too .... My parents were less than impressed .. Forty years later and I can hardly bend my right thumb ..
