New here ... Arg. Tegu owner

Im finding this a great site! I inherited a 2 yr old argentinian tegu who is finally starting to warm up. Patience and kindness are paying off. He has stopped hissing and lets me pet him. He struggles a bit when I try to hold him, but i keep firm until he calms down and then place him back in his enclosure. With persistence I can see an awesome family member in my future. One thing is for sure though, despite being in new surroundings, he is not shy about eating. What an appetite Bruno has!

Glad to be here! Looking to learn alot since this is my first tegu.
