Well, after a few years of being out of the tegu game, I have purchased an Argentine Black and White(in my opinion the sweetest of the tegu species). I was at the East Bay Vivarium and was planning on getting one soon and found the perfect one. He's probably 3 years old give or take a year, and is about 40 inches long. He came from a home where he was kept with another male tegu, and as a result is a little bit scarred up. He's a very sweet boy and he already enjoys snuggling and roaming around. He has a part of his mouth that was clearly torn up when younger so a very small part almost hangs off. He's in good condition with pretty good weight and an overall good demeanor. I really like him and have missed having big lizards. His names Franklin, after the best president the country's had in my opinion.
