New Tegu!

As you guys might know from previous posts, my beautiful male hybrid Tegu died due to a very serious prolapse most likely caused from rapid growth. But yesterday I went to the Canadian Reptile Breeders Expo and picked up a beautiful male juvenile Black and White Tegu! He is a bit moody but hey I would be pretty moody too being in a container all day then thrown into different surroundings! One unique thing about him is that he as a brownish head and a black nose, not many Tegus have that. So here's Diesel!!! Better pics will be posted soon.

Here's newer pics! And he's a bit hissy but pretty calm once he got used to his temporary enclosure. He will be hibernating in the 8x4x4 enclosure with my 2 1/2 foot female once he gets a bit bigger in the next month. They grow quick!!!!

Thanks man, it was so sad. My female loved to bask and hangout with him. They really interacted. I hope the same for Diesel and my female, her name is Maya.
