Newbie from PA

We just rescued our first tegu Tuesday night. He's about a year and half old....seems friendly....but definitely unsure of his new home. Any advice or tips on making him more comfortable are appreciated! Thanks!!!

Welcome. Check out the many threads here that cover a lot of care topics. In the meantime, expect shyness for a week or so as he settles in. Will also be sleepy for a few months during winter. Add a wrn shirt to his hide do he can familiarize himself with you as nonthreatening.

Thanks so much! Yea he doesn't seem interested in eating...should I keep offering food daily....or every other day?
