Nocturnal lighting

If anyone can tell me what the best bulbs or set up for nighttime would be, I have a 75w uv black light bulb that's on all night plus his heating pads, it seems to be doing the trick but I wanna do everything right. Thanks in advance

That works- heat without light it can see at night.
