so fluffy is getting ready to go down im guessing for the winter. She is coming out later in the day and going in the burrow earlier.

Now the past day she started to shed but only shed her entire tail. The rest of her body doesnt even look like it is about to shed.. maybe the pads of her feet but thats it. Humidity is constant 80%

Pull her out and give her a nice, detailed once over. My girl was shedding a few days ago. She got her legs, and feet, and her whole back and tummy, and I THOUGHT her tail. Upon closer inspection, her tail still had a layer of old skin down its ENTIRE length. I could hardly tell, until I really looked and then noticed it.

I've spent time daily itching, and gently peeling her tail. She seemed very appreciative. My humidity is high too---I think some times they just have a bad one.

Do you want her to hibernate? I am keeping Cleo on a 13 hr light cycle. I want her to stay awake for me. She's been doing well so far. She's up by 11 am, and goes down around 8:30-9

I have given her baths..and checked her over.. no dead skin on her. Her body is shiny as well.

I dont mind if she goes down for winter. Im not going to try to influence it one was or another. What she feels like doing she can do.
