Phoenix worms

[Two Bananas Marinade]

Ok so member Marlene recomended phoenix worms as a great source of calcium. How often should they be used as meal and is there a good place to get them cheap? They seem a bit pricey as I have 4 reptiles......they keep adding up.

I get them from the actual dealer, other places charge an arm and a leg for S&H! I just fed my lizards as much as they wanted to eat. Their website should have all (well more) of the nutritional information. I don't really buy them very often because of their prices, but I'm sure someone out there sells 'em for cheap, and if you find it, let me know!
