That is a beautiful King and some great shots. I've always been partial to black and white snakes and was actually just looking at some piebald persian ratsnakes that were for sale the other day (maybe a future project?) :)

Thanks. I got him at the expo in September. He's been really great so far. He is weird because he actually looks like he is black and cream...and the black is almost dark brown looking. I mean, I'm sure he's not a cross between the brown and cream one and the black and white but he almost seems to be if that makes any sense.

Now Weaver got out of his tank!! Argh! I hope he comes back. I had clips on the cage and rubber tubing to prevent him and he STILL got out. My mom was in town today and had just said to me, "are you sure they won't get out" and all of a sudden we come back from dinner and he's AWOL!!!!!!!! I'm so upset and sick and tired of this stuff happening. I mean, how did he get out with all of that on his tank!?!

This is so weird. I wrote that previous message in the cellar, where one of our computers is, and I turn my head after submitting in and notice my cat batting something around in the sump pump. There's Weaver swimming in the sump pump area!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mind you, the sump pump area is 2 floors below and in the opposite corner of the house! WHAT ARE THE ODDS!?!

I grabbed him, gave him a wash, and put him back in. Any tips on keeping him in his cage. I made sure the rubber tubing was on the corners of the tank, I have tape, clips, etc. but now he looks like he is already ready for another sojourn!!!!! :rant

Again, any tips would be much appreciated!
