question for the experts

ok my black and white has been having a weird/bad shed for like a month now..... its hard to explain its looks like theres slice marks all over tegu but not deep just enough for first layer of shed and it should peel off but it wont come off.... i bathe her multiple times a week and have tank humid as can be , i never had any problem like this with the red tegu or this tegu cept this time..... i called bobby he said put olive oil on her and i tried that then bathed her afterward bout 30 min later.... still no luck... im worried there could be something else wrong with her but im not sure.... i will try to post pictures this weekend if u guys think its something else wrong with her but any idea what it is if its not just a real bad shed and any advice?
