Ok one question my tegu houdini has never fully hibernated all this winter.He sleeps for maby at most four days at a time then wakes back up basking,drinking ect.He hasn't taken food in awhile but pooped today..his tails nice&fat and his bellys not overly skinnyand he acts fine so I dont think he is sick, just kinda sleepy still.Is this normal?
he woke up in feb last year as a hatchling.my guess he slept all winter.He got away just befor hibernation..ok heres the pics taken today when he was out& I wanted to play with my new camera.

I let him do what he wants&offer him food when I notice he is romeing around like he is looking for food.He hasnt been takeing it..so I only put out alittle soI dont wase my terkey on a unhungery lizard.He has also started to shed abit.

He looks good,.. if he's not eating at all he may be going through the motions and prepping for hibernation. If he continues brumating with out eating,.. keep an eye on his weight. Food wise what are you offering besides turkey?

Oh,.. and resize your pics if you want them to show up in the thread. In photo bucket it's under account settings, album setting then upload options is the first one. I have mine set at 800 x 600 and I can put quite a few in a thread and all of them will show up with out having to click on link.
